- Examine experience elsewhere on encouraging vehicle sharing with such means as purchase subsidies, different ownership models (for subscriptions, rentals and clubs) and favourable pricing or availability (of road lanes, parking bays and chargers).
- Work towards the creation of the walking, cycling and access plan, by (for example) evaluating places for greener uses (such as parklets, seats, hedges, trees, cycle hangars and shared parking bays) and access improvements (such as raised crossings, footway repairs and tactile surfaces).
